Greetings. My name is Chris Botting, a web & print freelance creative with over 10 years of experience from Nanaimo, British Columbia. I’m situated close in proximity to Vancouver and Victoria on the west coast of Canada.
At Nanaimo headquarters, I’m a solo operator who has teamed up with a handful of extremely talented designers & developers from across the globe. I love my job and at times can’t believe I’m entrusted to create and code websites, develop corporate identities, and design print media for my exceptional clients. Work keeps me busy and happy. Outside of the office I also enjoy photography, marketing, music, and technology – all of which provide additional creative inspiration. Having a diverse set of capabilities and interests has been extremely beneficial as it motivates and drives my passion to move forward in the world of design.

New Look for 2012+
What you see here is a site that has been in development for about a year (I kid you not). As a designer, you don’t tend to look after your own site/branding as much as you should. This is especially true in my case as I’ve always been busy with client work – and more recently family life as well.
I’m going to use this space on my site (below) to highlight creative sources of influence. Whether it be a website, artist, movie, book or latest piece of technology – you’ll get an inside look into what motivates me.
